By merging the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 – Services (ITES-3S) and Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contracts, MAPS aims to offer a more efficient approach for the Army, Department of Defense (DOD), and other federal agencies to acquire a wide range of services. With just about a month to go before the final RFP, proposal teams are preparing to bid on what is set to be the most significant opportunity of FY25. From what we have learned from draft volumes and Industry Days, this is poised to be an incredibly competitive procurement process, with less than half of the Prime spots available as compared to the prior vehicles.
