What does a day in the life of your role look like?
My goal every day is to find, build, and maintain relationships. I speak with people from all over the world daily. I enjoy learning about their goals and challenges. This allows me to see where VisibleThread can be an asset.
What’s your team like?
I am a part of the stellar sales team here at VisibleThread. We are a small, but powerful team working throughout the US. Even though we are remote, we have built strong connections with each other. This close-knit team is eager to celebrate each other’s successes and is never too busy to help one another.
People use the term “team” very loosely in the professional world, but I think we are an exception.
What makes you enjoy working at VisibleThread?
First off, our customers really value VisibleThread’s products. Their roles and businesses are impacted with higher levels of efficiency and performance. It’s great to be on a sales team when you have a product this powerful and makes a difference.
Secondly, the culture is superb. Leadership is extremely active with the sales team. This allows us to do our job without being micromanaged, but they are never shy to critique. We have built a strong culture here focused on both professional and personal success.
How do you feel like your efforts are recognized?
It’s a great atmosphere to work in. Everyone is very supportive and encouraging.
Any advice for people in your line of work?
“Company culture and fit are always more important than money. You can’t put a price on liking the people you work with.”
Tell us something fun about you
I love to paint and write. My stout exterior gives off more of a fitness passion vibe. However, over the years I have found that I am more of an artist than an athlete.
